Due to the custom and personalized nature of WallDoku products, All Sales Are Final and are not eligible for refunds/return. 

You can always contact us for any question at sales@walldoku.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact the shipping supplier if the item is defective, damaged.  If you receive the wrong item, contact sales@walldoku.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
